Ticket only event - Buy your ticket NOW at the Hive or from our Online Bookings Page www.jivehive.club If you are relatively new to modern jive and would like to fast track your dancing skills, join us for a beginners bootcamp where we will be looking in detail at all 20 beginners move from the standpoint of both the lead and follow. The afternoon is not only suitable for those new to jive but a chance for seasoned leads and followers to improve and finesse their repertoire. Often a series of basic moves done really well looks and feels better than any number of more complicated moves done less well! There's no need to bring a partner, join us for a fun and informative afternoon of teaching, with the chance to show off your new found skills in a freestyle afterwards Doors open at 4.30pm and Workshop begins at 4.40pm ending at 7pm to allow to you grab some food locally (or bring it with you!) before continuing the evening with our monthly freestyle 'til 11pm! There will be 2 x 1 hour workshops broken up with refreshments in the form of hot drinks and cakes along with freestyle practice to top tunes by DJ Shauny.
